Wakeboarding First time Guide: Single lessons are possible but our policy for beginners is a half day course to ensure success and rapid progress Booking: single lessons are possible but initially it is best to book a half day course to give the maximum chance of rapid progress. Wakeboarding is an extremely physically demanding sport. As a result about 15 minutes are allowed for each session. Most frequent Wakeboarders struggle at more than three times (45 minutes in one day). When you book: Mention you are a beginner. Please make a note of the time and lake you are Wakeboarding on. What to bring: Swimming costume, Wet Suit, towels, showering equipment. Arrival time: Please arrive about 20-30 minutes before your allotted time in order to get acclimatised, changed and relaxed. When you arrive: Go to reception, tell them you have arrived, pay for your Wakeboarding lesson/s the receptionists know you are a beginner. The receptionist will then sort you out with a wetsuit and life jacket.Before you Wakeboard: Stretch and warm up. Between Wakeboarding: Change out of any wet clothing, keep warm so your muscles don't stiffen up, If you are in any doubt or have any questions: Just Ask!
